- “Analyze founder-dependence in my agency”
- “Build a coaching sprint plan using the GROWTH framework”
Inputs¶
- request — The assessment scope — rapid 6-question check (weak-pillar flags, stage stays a hypothesis) or full 40-question diagnostic (pillar scores and stage) — and any known stage hypothesis.
- scope —
company, or a client-id under the client tree (client.root) — a string with one reserved value, not a closed set - profile — Company or client profile used to establish identity and prior-known stage before scoring.
- offerings — Offerings catalogue read when scoring the W (Work Smarter) pillar, since leverage includes offer design.
- marketing-context — Positioning and competitive frame read when scoring the G (Ground the Vision) pillar's stakeholder alignment.
- request — Which worksheets are needed — a named subset or the full 10-worksheet workbook.
- profile — Company or client profile used to pre-fill worksheet fields with known identity and stage data.
- icp — ICP used to pre-fill worksheet fields (e.g. Vision Clarity, Strategy Shopping Cart) that reference the target customer.
- offerings — Offerings catalogue used to pre-fill the Strategy Shopping Cart and Leverage Audit worksheets.
- request — The sprint's starting point — known stage, prior diagnostic result, or the business context to infer stage from.
- profile — Company or client profile used to determine current stage (Startup / Scale-Up / Maturity) and its pillar pair.
- marketing-context — Positioning and competitive frame used to weight which pillar-pair actions matter most this quarter.
- request — The presentation's audience and purpose — client workshop, internal training, or pitch context.
- profile — Company or client profile used to customize the deck's industry examples and context.
- marketing-context — Positioning and competitive frame used to tailor slide examples to the client's market.
- request — The pillar problem to address and any evidence already gathered for it.
- pillar — Which pillar to deep-dive — Ground the Vision, Remove Roadblocks, Organise Your Systems, Work Smarter, Track Your Numbers, or Hard-Proof the Business. (G | R | O | W | T | H)
- profile — Company or client profile used to ground the pillar's diagnostic questions in the business's actual context.
- icp — ICP read when the pillar deep-dive touches customer-facing decisions (G — Ground the Vision, W — Work Smarter).
- offerings — Offerings catalogue read when the pillar deep-dive touches offer design or leverage (W — Work Smarter).
- marketing-context — Positioning and competitive frame read when the pillar deep-dive touches stakeholder alignment or market position (G — Ground the Vision).
