Ship & Confirm¶
← Prompt Showcase · value chain: order-to-fulfill
Order fulfilment — from order received to delivery confirmed.
How this works¶
This area moves work through these stages:
order → schedule → produce → quality-check → pack → ship → confirm
You don't run the stages by hand. You just ask — in plain language — and the system routes you to the right tool. There are two kinds:
- Skills — a single capability ("write me social posts", "score this lead").
- Playbooks — a guided, multi-step workflow that chains skills into a whole outcome.
Reach for a skill for one task; reach for a playbook for a whole outcome.
Playbooks — guided workflows for this area¶
| Playbook | When you'd run it |
|---|---|
| Order-to-Fulfill | You want an order taken cleanly from receipt to sign-off |
→ Browse every workflow in PLAYBOOKS.
Skills by stage¶
| Stage | When you want to… | Ask for… | Skill |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order | take the order | manage orders | order-management |
| Schedule | plan the work | schedule production | production-scheduling |
| Pack | prepare to ship | optimize packaging | packaging-logistics |
| Ship | get it there | compare carriers, cut shipping cost | logistics-shipping |
| Confirm | close it out | confirm delivery | delivery-confirmation |
→ The full skill catalogue lives in SKILLS.
How to trigger — just say it¶
No commands to memorize. Speak in plain language and the system picks the tool:
- "Help me keep these orders moving to fulfilment." → order-management
- "Compare my carriers and find where I can cut cost." → logistics-shipping
- "Record and confirm this delivery." → delivery-confirmation
- "Run this order from receipt to sign-off." → the Order-to-Fulfill playbook
Skill or playbook?
🟢 Start with single asks (one skill). 🔵 When you want a whole outcome, run a playbook — it sequences many skills for you.
