  • client-id — The at-risk client's client-id (kebab-case, validated per Constraints)
  • what-changed — Signals that changed: late payment, missed meetings, NPS drop, escalation, executive turnover
  • renewal-date — Contract renewal date, or 'rolling'
  • stakes — Revenue at risk, strategic importance, reference value
